April 13, 2026
9:10 AM - 10:00 AM
Event time is displayed in your time zone.

A welcoming class that meets students exactly where they are, emphasizing accessibility, options, and self-trust.

This will be an in-person yoga session with Matt Boylin in the Jerome Greene Annex. The session will also be live-streamed. Please RSVP here by Thursday, April 9th, at 1:00 PM.

Due to space restrictions, there is a limited number of slots for the in-person yoga so we encourage you to RSVP as soon as possible. Please note that this session is for CLS students, staff, faculty, and alumni. Other guests may be able to attend if there is space, but they must be approved by Nicole Lavacchia ([email protected]). Spots in the Zoom version of the session have no limit, so anyone who registers after the in-person limit is reached will be sent the Zoom link as an alternative.

If you do not have an active Columbia ID card, after Thursday, April 9th, you will receive an email with a QR code that will allow you to enter campus to get to the Jerome Greene Annex. You will need to go to the campus entrance at Wien Gate (116th St. between Amsterdam and Morningside Drive).

For those attending the session in person, we ask that you bring your own yoga mats and any equipment you would like (blankets, straps, etc.). We will have a very limited number of yoga mats and blocks for those who do not already own some.
