Yael Shy, Esq., is the Founder and CEO of Sefira Wellness where she supports individuals and collectives to uncover their inherent worth and capacity for deep joy. She is the author of the forthcoming book, "Turned On: How Desire Can Reignite Your Confidence, Creativity, and Joy" (Diversion, 2027) and the award-winning book, What Now? Meditation for Your Twenties and Beyond (Parallax, 2017). Yael is an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University and the Institute for Jewish Spirituality. She has been featured on Good Morning America, Fox 5 News, and CBS and in Time Magazine and the Harvard Business Review.
