Jeff Warren is a meditation teacher and writer, known for his fun and accessible style of teaching. He is the co-author of The New York Times best-selling Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics and co-host of the Mind Bod Adventure Pod. Jeff’s Do Nothing Project streams every Sunday night; his guided meditations reach millions through the Happier and Calm apps, as well as through his Substack, Home Base.

Gillian Lester’s scholarship focuses on income inequality, public finance policy, workplace law, and the design of social insurance laws and regulations. From 2015 to 2024, she served as Columbia Law School’s 15th dean as well as Lucy G. Moses Professor of Law, leading the faculty in recruiting more than two dozen full-time professors, establishing six new and innovative law clinics, launching construction of a full renovation of the law library, and strengthening and expanding the Law School’s intellectual and scholarly depth.
