Anu Gupta is an award-winning speaker, lawyer, scientist, meditation expert, and the founder of BE MORE with Anu, a company dedicated to transforming identity-based divisions through meditation. His work has reached over 300 organizations, training more than 100,000 professionals, impacting over 30 million lives.

Anu is a trained meditation teacher with over 10,000 hours of meditation on extended retreats in Asia and North America. He is also the author of the best-selling book Breaking Bias (2024), with a foreword from His Holiness the Dalai Lama. He is a lifetime fellow of the Mind & Life Institute and an Atlantic Fellow for Racial Equity based at Columbia University and the Nelson Mandela Foundation in South Africa.

Kate Andrias is the Patricia D. and R. Paul Yetter Professor of Law at Columbia Law School, where she directs the Columbia Law School Center for Constitutional Governance and the Columbia Labor Lab. An expert of constitutional law and labor law, Andrias has written extensively about the failure of U.S. labor law to protect workers’ rights; the relationship between constitutional governance, economic inequality, and democracy; and law and social movements.
