Yael Shy is Senior Director of Global Spiritual Life and the Of Many Institute for Multifaith Leadership at NYU. She is also the Founder and Director of MindfulNYU, one of the largest campus-wide mindfulness initiatives in the country. She is the author of "What Now? Meditation for Your Twenties and Beyond". Yael has been teaching and lecturing on mindfulness, meditation, and multifaith engagement at universities, community centers, and organizations across the globe for the past seven years.
