The Columbia Law School Mindfulness Program is delighted to invite you to this semester's half-day meditation retreat at Columbia Law School from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday, October 25th. The event will be held in person, as well as broadcast on Zoom for those who cannot attend in person. Lunch will be included; please bring your own beverages. Students, staff, faculty, alums, and teachers are all welcome to attend.

Yael Shy, Esq., is the Founder and CEO of Sefira Wellness where she supports individuals and collectives to uncover their inherent worth and capacity for deep joy.
