CLS Staff-Only Mindfulness Session

Please join us for a special staff-only mindfulness lunch session. This session will introduce mindfulness practices in a way that should be comfortable to people brand new to mindfulness -- and it will also be very welcoming for people with past or present experience. 

The session will be led by one of our Program's regular teachers, Yael Shy, who is beloved by many. We will also live-stream the session via this zoom link for folks who can't make it in person. 

We will be serving lunch for this session and ask that you RSVP here by 12:00 PM on Monday, March 9th.

Yael Shy is the Founder and CEO of Sefira Wellness where she supports individuals and collectives uncover their inherent worth and capacity for deep joy. She is the author of the award-winning book, What Now? Meditation for Your Twenties and Beyond (Parallax, 2017), and the founder of Mindful NYU. Yael is an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University and the Institute for Jewish Spirituality. She has been featured on Good Morning America, Fox 5 News, and CBS and in Time Magazine and the Harvard Business Review. She can be found online at yaelshy.com and yaelshy1 on Instagram.
