Yael Shy, Esq. is the CEO/founder of Mindfulness Consulting where she supports individuals, higher-education institutions, and businesses with transformative mindfulness coaching and consulting, and teaching for more ease, joy, and growth. She is the author of the award-winning book, What Now? Meditation for Your Twenties and Beyond (Parallax, 2017) and is Adjunct Faculty at New York University.
