Gratitude can be the antidote to feelings of scarcity and loss. Expressing gratitude can alter ways in which we react to stressful situations.
Sometimes it’s easier to notice what’s wrong with our lives rather than what’s right. Practicing mindfulness allows us to be grateful for our lives irrespective of what is occurring. In this workshop we can learn how to “choose” to respond to life’s challenges.
